I had an exceptional stay at Triumph Plaza Hotel as usual back to 2018, this is the 6th year, I must commend Rahma Tarek, the beautiful receptionist who made our experience truly memorable. Rahma's exceptional service and attention to detail added a special touch to our visit, creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhanced our overall enjoyment. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality! The friendly staff at Triumph Plaza Hotel played a pivotal role in making our stay extraordinary. From the warm greetings in the morning to the helpful tips provided throughout the day, every team member radiated genuine friendliness. It was a pleasure interacting with such a dedicated and welcoming staff, contributing significantly to the overall positive ambiance of the hotel.

I got a free upgrade to the business suite, which I found excellent. The suite was large, nicely furnished, and comfortable. The food is great, and prices are affordable compared to other hotels. It is a good place for a family or for business. It was close to the areas of shopping and big malls, by car, of course. The café and hotel restaurants had various options, and all are reasonably priced. A notice to know it's a dry hotel. They don't provide alcoholic beverages in the hotel. That wasn't a problem for me because I don't drink. However, if you want alcoholic drinks, ask the hotel about your options before you book.

Stayed in triumph plaza for 4 nights and truely it is a very exceptional hotel owing to its staff. The staff are very professional, helpful and made sure I had a comfortable and cozy stay in every possible way. They upgraded my reservation to a deluxe room and gave me full access to a lounge with light dinner and lunch meals so it was technically a full board stay. The room is spacious, very clean and well furnished. The breakfast buffet was varied to match all tastes. Highly recommended and I would definitely come back when in cairo again.

We absolutely loved our staying at Triumph Plaza Hotel. Entire place is just breathtaking, from marble floors and walls to great chandelier in the lobby. Our room was clean, comfortable and cooled down. What we loved the most is the staff that was very hospitable and efficient. The dinner was excellent, so was the waiter. We had to check out early in the morning since our flight was at 4 a.m. and we had help from night receptionist, parking attendant and porter. We would especially like to thank Rahma who was extremely helpful and welcoming.

The rooms were clean, beds were comfy, I loved how flee blankets were available, every little detail was taken care of, the room service food was delicious and the staff are very professional welcoming and friendly, I can't thank you Enough for extending my checkout time fully free of charge.
